Construction Project Engineer

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000 to $85,000 per hour, depending on experience

Job Duties Include: ***

Assisting Estimators/Project Managers – This is the most important part of a Project Engineer's day. There are other tasks that need to be done but understand this is your “Highest Priority." Assisting includes many topics. Below are the items to focus on, on a daily basis:

• Procurement– Procurement of materials for the project; including producing purchase orders and maintaining logs.
• Coordinate – Coordinates with project architects, designers, owners, subcontractors and field personnel.
• Job Paperwork – Produce project submittals, T&M tags, change orders, RFI’s. While maintaining all critical project logs.
• Take-offs – Able to take off a project as well as price the take off to submit a bid to the GC.

Consistent communication - Communication will be required between the Division Manager, Estimators, Project Managers, and other Departments within Magnum.
